"TOTAL RIP-OFF."
TOTAL RIP-OFF. I purchased a gift card that was supposed to arrive in 2-3 business days. After waiting for 2 weeks, I reached out to HowNovel via email, but I didn’t hear back for another 2 weeks. It wasn’t until I started leaving comments on their social media that they finally responded. They assured me it was all taken care of and promised to send the gift voucher along with an extra surprise as an apology. Well, guess what? Almost 2 weeks have passed, and... STILL NOTHING!
